Over the last few months, I have collected quite a few foundations. For someone who has only started wearing foundations just a few years ago this is quite an achievement. If you are a regular to my blog, than you would know that I am always looking for a good budget friendly product. I have managed to find some really great Foundations On A Budget and thought you guys might find this useful.
I have shared my in-depeth reviews on all of these foundations, which you will be able to find on my beauty blog.
Maybelline Fit Me Poreless + Matte Foundation (R99)
The Maybelline Fit Me Poreless + Matte Foundation is the latest foundation I purchased. The formula is amazing, if you want a foundation that gives you good coverage, blends well and lasts well this is the foundation for you. As mentioned in my review post I did not too long ago, don’t let the word ‘matte’ fool you. I have dry skin and found that it works fine, just don’t use a setting powder with it.
Catrice HD Liquid Coverage Foundation (R135)
The Catrice HD Liquid Coverage Foundation is probably my least favourite of the bunch. I am featuring it today because I believe that this foundation is ideal for oily skin ladies. The coverage is amazing, I have been using it mixed with a darker illuminating foundation and it seems to work well. As mentioned in my review the shade selection is pretty poor. Oily skin ladies will love this one and its super affordable.
LA Girl Pro Coverage HD Long Wear Illuminating Foundation (R175)
The LA Girl Pro Coverage HD Long Wear Illuminating Foundation, is just down right the longest foundation name ever! Jokes aside, this foundation is the bomb! The shade Warm Beige is the perfect shade match. It leaves my skin looking illuminate, flawless and it blends like a dream. I have been using this foundation almost every day and will be repurchasing it. Used with the LA Girl Pro Conceal HD Concealer, it’s the perfect face base match.
Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation (R179.95)
The Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation is definitely my most loved foundation as you can see. I have used this so match that I need to repurchase it. The shade True Nude matches my skin perfectly. This formula is favourite amongst all of these foundations. The coverage is beautiful and it lasts the longest. I won’t push it as far as 24 hours as it states on the packing, but an entire work day. It works so well with dry/normal skin. I have not experienced any issues or patching with this foundation.
So there you have it guys, these are my Foundations On A Budget, these foundations are all good in their own way. I personally love the Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation the most, for my skin this one just ticks all the boxes for me.
