Radiant and glowing skin is something all women desires. To achieve glowing skin you do need to take care of your skin and to include fruits in your diet something I have recently discovered as well , being someone to not have a healthy bone in my body.
Fruits hasn’t always been my favourite but there’s no denying that they are full of nutrients that helps improve your skin and naturally hydrates your skin.Here are some fruits that are known to help you achieve radiant skin.
Bananas: Mix pulp of bananas with yoghurt and apply it to your face. It’s helps with blemishes and nourishes dry skin as well as tighten skin. The potassium found in bananas helps regenerate skin and removes wrinkles.
Oranges: I am not a fan of too many oranges as they tend to be quite acidic for me unless they are sweet oranges but orange peels can be collected and dry them in the sun, grind them and you can use it as a face mask. Orange juice is helpful for closing pores. Apply it on your face for 2 to 3 minutes and wash it with water.
Kiwi: Kiwis are rich is Vitamin C and E which is good for skin. These Vitamins are essential for the wellbeing of your skin. You can make a face pack by mixing curd and kiwi pieces, apply this to your face and leave it for 15 minutes
