Review Essence The Gel Nail Polish_02

I recently picked up two gorgeous shades of the new range of Essence the Gel nail polishes from Dischem. It was strange to see no more colour to go nail polishes on the stand they seem to all have been replaced with these the gel nail polishes.

Of course I just had to try them out to see how well these match up to the colour to go nail polishes I love so dearly. The two shades I bought were 13 called forgive me and shade 25 called prince charming (super cute names right?).

Forgive me not is this pretty light pink shade and Prince charming is this stunning bluish, green shade. Like the colour to go these are so thick, one application was enough to get the perfect shade for me. I found that it does have a slight gel finish which is great, I love gel finishes. Would I love most is that they last a good 3 to 4 days without chipping, don’t you just hate it when nail polish chips same day you applied the nail polish? Well I do! But with these they last a good amount of time.

I honestly am surprised  at how well these nail polishes apply and last, there no doubt I will be buying more to add to my collection. The price as also Essence products are super affordable, they cost R22 each and can be found at all Dischem and Clicks stores.

Have you tried any of the new Gel nail polishes for Essence? What did you think?
