When it comes to Moroccanoil hair products I absolutely love the brand, their products are amazing quality – with great products also brings a hefty price tag. I was luckily enough to be sent over the Moroccanoil Texture Clay to try out.
I’ve had the Moroccanoil Texture Clay for quite a few weeks but haven’t really had the time to try it out. I recently got a shorted hair cut which is the perfect length to play with my hair texture and creating more volume.
The Moroccanoil Texture Clay is a moldable clay that defines and sculpts to create natural looks with a matte finish and strong hold. Moroccanoil Texture Clay features a blend of argan oil, shea butter and bentonite clay for piecey, roughed-up styles. Achieve customizable versatility—this unisex hair clay allows for time to style before the hold sets in to build to a desired level of texture for both short and long hair. Tames and controls frizz all day and leaves behind a non-sticky, non-greasy finish.
I found this to be a really accurate description, it works amazingly to create a more textured hair look – It wasn’t greasy at all be sure to use a tiny bit, that really does go a long way. It looks just like clay and had an odd texture to it, I found it easy to control the look I’m going for. I really like the “just got out of bed” frizzy hair look its more of natural look and I don’t need to use any if my hot tools which I am avoiding to use everyday like I have been doing.
So far I’m really impressed with the look, feel and longevity if the Moroccanoil Texture Clay it’s worked really great I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to create textured hair looks. They do retail for about R420, and you can find them on any Moroccanoil reseller or Retailbox website.
